描述(E)-3,4-Dimethoxycinnamic acid is a less active isomer of 3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid, a natural monomer from Securidaca inappendiculata Hassk. It exerts anti-apoptotic effects in L-02 cells via ROS-mediated signaling, showing potential in research related to inflammation and immunology.
体外活性(E)-3,4-Dimethoxycinnamic acid（25, 50 和 100 μM）可减轻L-02细胞中乙醇暴露诱导的细胞凋亡 [1]。 (E)-3,4-Dimethoxycinnamic acid（25, 50 和 100 μM）能抑制L-02细胞中 Nox4 和 p22phox的表达水平 [1]。 (E)-3,4-Dimethoxycinnamic acid（25, 50 和 100 μM）可减轻L-02细胞中乙醇诱导的MAPK磷酸化 [1]。 (E)-3,4-Dimethoxycinnamic acid以剂量和时间依赖性方式，降低超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和磷脂氢过氧化物谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的表达水平，并下调 Bax/Bcl-2 比值及caspase-3剪切体的水平 [1]
