名称Cardionogen-2
描述Cardionogen-2 is a biphasic cardiac regulatory agent that can either promote or inhibit heart formation depending on the intervention stage. It inhibits Wnt/β-catenin-dependent transcription in mouse embryonic stem cells and zebrafish embryos.
体外活性Cardionogen-2 在斑马鱼胚胎和小鼠胚胎干细胞 (ES) 的处理中，可在原肠胚形成期间及之后促进心脏生成，而在原肠胚形成之前抑制心脏生成。Cardionogen-2 诱导的作用能够通过增加 Wnt/β-catenin 信号传导活性来拮抗。Cardionogen-2 抑制小鼠 ES 细胞和斑马鱼胚胎中的 Wnt/β-catenin 依赖性转录 [1]。
