名称RS 09 TFA
描述RS 09 TFA is a TLR4 agonist and LPS peptide analogue that promotes NF-κB nuclear translocation and induces inflammatory cytokine secretion in RAW264.7 macrophages. It restores macrophage polarisation and inflammatory responses while disrupting the neuroprotective effects of ciliary proteins.
体外活性在 HEK-BLUETM-4 细胞中，RS 09 TFA（1-10 μg/mL，24小时）能够刺激 TLR-4 并激活 NF-κB[1]。在 RAW264.7 细胞中，RS 09 TFA（5 μg/mL，15分钟-24小时）可结合 TLR-4，并诱导 NF-κB 核转位及炎症细胞因子的分泌[1]。
体内活性RS 09 TFA作为免疫佐剂，与前列腺癌特异性抗原 X-15（与载体蛋白 KLH 偶联）联合用于 BALB/c 小鼠的免疫接种。实验结果显示，该化合物能够显著提升小鼠体内针对 X-15 的特异性抗体浓度[1]。
