Catechin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside demonstrates strong biological effects supporting future pharmaceutical development of CGP-containing formulations against gastrointestinal inflammatory diseases.
体外活性Catechin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（10 μg/mL，24小时）能够保护Streptozotocin诱导的细胞损伤，其机制在于通过抗氧化作用及减缓线粒体功能障碍来发挥保护效果[3]。
体内活性Catechin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（10 mg/kg，腹腔注射，单次）对LPS/D-GalN诱导的致死效应展现出轻微的保护作用[1]。 Catechin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（10 mg/kg，口服，每日一次，连续7天）在TNBS诱导的大鼠结肠炎模型中，能够有效预防肠道炎症损伤[2]。
