描述Opipramol (Ensidon) is an atypical tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) primarily functioning as a sigma (σ) receptor agonist. It interacts effectively with sigma recognition sites, having a Ki value of 50 nM. Opipramol is applicable in the study of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).
体外活性Opipramol 抑制粗突触体制剂中 [^3H] DA 的吸收，IC 50 为 5.5 μM [1]。
体内活性注射给药的Opipramol (i.p.; 5-50 mg/kg) 能够促进体内多巴胺的释放 [2] 。
