Bioactivity

名称Trans-caffeic acid
描述Trans-caffeic acid (3,4-Dihydroxybenzeneacrylic acid) can be used as a highly sensitive fluorescent probe for the detection of laccase in food and can also stimulate the growth of germ tissue.
体外活性Trans-caffeic acid 在人乳腺癌 MDA-MB-231 和 MCF-7 细胞中具有抗增殖作用。细胞以不同浓度（5、10、25、50、100 μM）处理 24、48 和 72 小时后，通过 MTT 测定发现其抑制作用呈时间和剂量依赖性。在 50 μM 下处理 48 小时可显著诱导细胞周期阻滞和细胞凋亡，并伴有 ROS 水平升高及线粒体膜电位下降，提示其通过氧化应激和线粒体通路诱导细胞死亡[1]。
体内活性在 BALB/c 裸鼠中，建立 MDA-MB-231 移植瘤模型后，给予 Trans-caffeic acid（剂量为 25 mg/kg，每日腹腔注射一次，持续 21 天）。结果显示，与对照组相比，肿瘤体积显著减少，且无明显毒性反应。肿瘤组织中检测到 Bax 上调、Bcl-2 下调，表明其促凋亡机制与线粒体通路有关[1]。
