名称ODN 2007
描述ODN 2007 sodium is a class B CpG oligodeoxynucleotide that functions as a Toll-like receptor ligand, robustly activating innate immune signaling pathways and serving as an effective immunomodulator and vaccine adjuvant, with demonstrated capacity to enhance immune responses across mammals, fish, and humans, and defined by the sequence 5'-TCGTCGTTGTCGTTTTGTCGTT-3' for reproducible immunological studies.
体外活性在禽类巨噬细胞模型 (MQ-NCSU, HD11) 中，ODN 2007 (1-5 μg/mL) 处理上调了 IFN-γ、IFN-β 和 IL-1β 的 mRNA 水平。在 HD11 细胞中，10 μg/mL 该化合物触发了 ERK2/AKT 磷酸化、NO 产生以及 IL-6 和 MIP-3α 的上调 [1]。
体内活性在利用斑马鱼 (Zebrafish) 进行的研究中，ODN 2007 表现出针对细菌感染的保护作用。给予该化合物提高了受到 创伤弧菌 (Vibrio vulnificus) 挑战的斑马鱼的存活率 [2]。
