描述Cholic acid sodium hydrate is a natural and orally active bile acid that is synthesized primarily by the liver and secreted into the bile, where it plays an important role in the digestive process, aiding in the absorption of fats by emulsifying them, as well as participating in the excretion of cholesterol and regulating the metabolism of bile acids.
体外活性Cholic acid sodium hydrate (1 mg/mL，30 分钟) 竞争性结合 HepG2 细胞上的 Na+/牛磺胆酸盐协同转运多肽 (NTCP)。[1]
体内活性Cholic acid sodium hydrate (1% 胆酸补充饮食，口服，14 天) 可能通过上调 miR142-3p 降低 SHP (小异二聚体伴侣) 蛋白表达。[2]
