描述(E)-Aztreonam (SQ-28429) is a monocyclic beta-lactam antibiotic with activity against gram-negative pathogens. (E)-Aztreonam represents a valuable research compound for studying bacterial infections and therapeutic strategies against resistant gram-negative organisms.
体内活性(E)-Aztreonam (28 mg/kg，每日一次，连续14天) 腹腔注射小鼠后，小鼠腹膜细胞活化水平及巨噬细胞产生IL-1的能力均有所提高。[3]
