名称R-HP210
描述R-HP210 is a selective glucocorticoid receptor modulator (SGRM) that exerts anti-inflammatory activity by acting on the NF-κB-mediated inhibitory cross-talk (IC50 = 3.80 μM) without inducing glucocorticoid-mediated transactivation. R-HP210 effectively inhibits the transcription of various LPS-induced pro-inflammatory genes, such as IL-1β, IL-6, and COX-2.
