名称β-Defensin-3 (human) trifluoroacetate salt
描述β-Defensin-3 (human) trifluoroacetate salt (hBD-3) is a key antimicrobial peptide in the human innate immune system, exhibiting broad-spectrum bactericidal, immunomodulatory, and tissue-repairing activities. β-Defensin-3 (human) trifluoroacetate salt can be used in the treatment of skin diseases and cancer, as well as in research on drug-resistant bacterial infections.
体外活性方法：正常人真皮成纤维细胞加入β-Defensin-3 (human) trifluoroacetate salt (10, 20 μg/mL)，处理3–48 h，ELISA检测FGF, PDGF, VEGF水平。 结果：β-Defensin-3 (human) trifluoroacetate salt (20 μg/mL) 显著增加FGF, PDGF, VEGF分泌。[1] 方法：大鼠肠上皮细胞IEC-6加入β-Defensin-3 (human) trifluoroacetate salt (5 μg/ml)预处理12小时，再加雷帕霉素(200 nM)24小时，Western Blot检测自噬蛋白相关变化。 结果：β-Defensin-3 (human) trifluoroacetate salt 预处理逆转了雷帕霉素诱导的自噬相关蛋白变化(降低Beclin1和LC3-II/I比值，升高p62)，减少了自噬流和自噬泡形成。[2]
体内活性方法：为研究 β-Defensin-3 (human) trifluoroacetate salt 对伤口愈合速度的影响，选用 C57BL/6 小鼠建立背部6 mm全层皮肤缺损模型，局部涂抹 200 μg/mL 的 β-Defensin-3 (human) trifluoroacetate salt 20 μL，每2天给药一次，持续干预16天。 结果：β-Defensin-3 (human) trifluoroacetate salt组小鼠从第6天起显著加速愈合，第12天完全愈合。[1]
