Bioactivity

名称Spiramycin I
描述Spiramycin I is a macrolide compound that can be used as an antibiotic and an antiparasitic agent.
体外活性方法：探究 Spiramycin I 的抗菌作用机制与抑菌谱，测定最低抑菌浓度。 结果：Spiramycin I 可结合核糖体50S亚基、阻断肽链合成通道，进而发挥抗革兰氏阳性菌活性；对枯草芽孢杆菌（B. subtilis）、藤黄微球菌（M. luteus）、金黄色葡萄球菌（S. aureus）、表皮葡萄球菌（S. epidermidis）、肺炎链球菌（S. pneumoniae）均具有抑制作用，MIC范围为0.5-8 μg/mL。 方法：采用不同浓度 Spiramycin I（0.1-20 μM）处理 HeLa、KB、MCF-7、HepG2、U87 癌细胞，持续培养72 h。 结果：Spiramycin I 对上述癌细胞均表现出细胞毒性，对应IC50值依次为34.41、31.26、33.11、30.51、31.10 μM[2]。
