Bioactivity

名称(S)-(-)-Perillic acid
描述S)-(-)-Perillic acid is a terpenoid natural product capable of inhibiting protein pentosylisation and protein acylation. It exhibits anti-infective and anti-cancer activity, inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in non-small cell lung cancer cells while increasing intracellular protein levels of Bax, p21, and caspase-3.
体外活性(S)-(-)-Perillic acid (1.0-3.5 mM) 分别于24、48和72小时，呈现时间和剂量依赖性地抑制动脉平滑肌细胞 (SMCs) 的生长[1]。 (S)-(-)-Perillic acid (0.5 mM，24小时) 上调 H520 细胞中 Bax，Bcl2，p21 和 caspase-3 蛋白表达水平[2]。
