名称Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5)
描述Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5) is a mouse anti-IL-10 monoclonal antibody. It restores the anti-tumor activity of IL-6 by blocking the IL-10/SOCS3 axis and reverses microcirculatory and cognitive deficits. It can be used in the research of cancer and metabolic diseases, such as osteosarcoma and type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) .
体外活性Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5)（24 小时处理）可通过阻断 MG-63、HOS 和 143B 细胞中的 IL-10/SOCS3 轴，恢复 IL-6 的抗肿瘤活性并增强 Mifamurtide的疗效 [3]。
体内活性Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5)（200 μg，腹腔注射，每周两次，免疫后第 6 天起）可抵消 MaR1 的保护作用，增加实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎（EAE）雌性 SJL 小鼠中枢神经系统（CNS）中 IL-17+CD4+ T 细胞的浸润 [1]。 Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5)（250 μg，静脉注射，每周两次）显著降低链脲佐菌素（STZ）诱导的 1 型糖尿病（T1DM）C57BL/6J 小鼠的脑毛细血管闭塞密度 [2]。 Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5)（300 μg，腹腔注射，单次给药，细胞注射后 1 小时）联合 Mifamurtide可显著减少荷 K7M2 肿瘤 BALB/c 小鼠的肺部肿瘤细胞滞留 [3]。
