Bioactivity

名称Cecropin B acetate
描述Cecropin B acetate induces NF-κB activation and suppresses CYP3A29 by disrupting the association of the PXR/retinoid X receptor alpha (RXR-α) complex with DNA sequences. Cecropin B acetate exhibits strong antimicrobial activity.
体外活性Cecropin B acetate通过与TLRs 2和4的相互作用激活猪肝细胞，从而调节了NF-κB介导的信号传导途径[1]。
体内活性C组的伤口湿润，渗出物较多，而其他组的伤口干燥，无明显渗出物。各组大部分老鼠的体温升高，但术后白细胞数量降低。A组肌肉中的细菌数量[(42 +/- 50) CFU/g]明显低于M组[(886+/-804) CFU/g, P < 0.05]，且显著低于C组[(41 +/-28) x 10(5) CFU/g, P < 0.01]。C组在术后4天内存活的老鼠数量显著少于A组和M组(P < 0.05)[2]。
