名称Phoenixin-20 TFA
描述Phoenixin-20 TFA (PNX-20 TFA) is a neuropeptide with hormone-like effects that promotes neuronal mitochondrial biogenesis by regulating the CREB-PGC-1α pathway, making it applicable for neurodegenerative diseases. It stimulates the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis to enhance reproductive processes and exhibits anxiolytic properties.
体外活性Phoenixin-20 TFA（1,10,100nM）处理 ZFL 细胞，能上调其卵黄原蛋白亚型和雌激素受体（esr2a 和 2b）mRNA 的表达。[3]
体内活性方法：Phoenixin-20 TFA（100 ng/g，腹腔注射，持续7天）处理七氟醚吸入诱导的POCD 模型大鼠，观察其保护作用。 结果：Phoenixin-20 TFA通过激活PKA/CREB信号传导，改善了吸入七氟醚诱导的大鼠POCD。[2]
