名称Sontuzumab
描述Sontuzumab (AS1402) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting MUC1 that binds to the extracellular MUC1 peptide sequence PDTR (Kd≈1 nM) and can be used for breast cancer research.
体外活性Sontuzumab(huHMFG-1; 0-25 μg/mL) 能诱发抗体依赖性细胞毒性（ADCC），在KM22、1590、HG15、ZR-75-1细胞和转染人类MUC1基因的CHO细胞中有效。不表达人类MUC1的细胞系在Sontuzumab的作用下对ADCC反应不敏感[1] [2]。
