描述Hank's Balanced Salt Solution (No Ca2+, Mg2+, phenol red) is a classic isotonic buffer solution suitable for cell cleaning, pre-treatment of trypsin digestion, and short-term storage and transfer of cells. This product is based on the classic HBSS formula, providing the basic ion environment and osmotic pressure support required by cells. The ingredients include 137.93 mM NaCl, 5.33 mM KCl, 4.17 mM NaHCO3, 0.441 mM KH2PO4, 0.338 mM Na2HPO4, 5.56 mM D-Glucose, and is free of Ca2+, Mg2+, and phenol red. This product is a ready-to-use, filter-sterilized solution suitable for direct use in cell-related experiments without additional sterilization or dilution.
