Bioactivity

名称Geptanolimab
描述Geptanolimab (CBT-501) is a humanized IgG4κ monoclonal antibody directed against PD-1 (Programmed Death-1). Geptanolimab functions by competitively blocking the binding of PD-L1 and PD-L2 to PD-1, thereby reactivating T cell activity. Geptanolimab is under development as an immunotherapeutic agent with potential applications in cancer treatment.
体外活性Geptanolimab 能高度特异性地结合人类的 PD-1（KD=505 pM）和猕猴的 PD-1（KD=7.2 nM）[1]。 Geptanolimab 还能增强混合淋巴细胞反应（MLR）中的人 T 细胞活化，并显著增加 IL-2 和 INF-γ 的释放[1]。
体内活性Geptanolimab通过腹腔注射应用于MC38同系肿瘤模型小鼠，展现出显著的抗肿瘤活性，其抑瘤率高达83%[1]。
