体外活性	在高糖诱导条件下，使用 0-0.4 μM 的 Tirzepatide sodium salt 处理 SHSY5Y 细胞7天后的结果显示，Tirzepatide 显著上调了 CREB 和 BDNF 的 mRNA 表达，增加了 pAkt、MAP2、GAP43和 AGBL4、GLUT4、SORBS1、Bcl-2 蛋白水平并降低了 BAX 蛋白水平[1]。
体内活性	在饮食诱导的肥胖（DIO）小鼠中，Tirzepatide sodium salt（10 nM/kg，皮下注射）能够降低体重和食物摄入量，降低了葡萄糖、胰岛素、瘦素和 C 肽水平[2]。
