描述	MOG peptide (35-55), mouse, rat acetate, is a minor component of central nervous system myelin with encephalitogenic activity. It can induce CD4⁺ T cell proliferation and Th1-type immune responses, leading to relapsing-remitting demyelinating disease. It is commonly used to establish experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) models.
体外活性	小鼠和大鼠的髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白肽(MOG (35-55))在0至50 μg/mL的浓度范围内作用72小时，可诱导T细胞增殖并触发Th1型细胞因子的分泌，包括TNF-α、IL-10、IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-5。此外，它还增强了IgG的产生。[1]
体内活性	髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白肽(35-55)，小鼠，MOG peptide (35-55) , mouse, rat acetate（200 μg（0.2 mL）；腹腔内；一次性，持续38天）在HLA-DR2 (DRB1*1501) 小鼠中显示出脑炎特性[1]。
