名称ACTH (1-17) acetate
描述ACTH (1-17) acetate is a potent agonist at the human melanocortin 1 (MC1) receptor with high affinity(Ki = 0.21 nM).
体外活性ACTH (1-17) acetate在大鼠腺垂体培养中，即使使用微摩尔浓度的肽，也只会引起生长激素分泌轻微且不显著的增加[1]。ACTH (1-17) acetate对alpha-MSH显示出了亲和力，Ki值为0.13±0.005 nM[1]。
体内活性夜行性动物开始活动时，若在每日暗期开始后2小时给予ACTH (1-17) acetate，便观察到DNA标记的抑制现象。在该昼夜节律阶段给药，特别是较大剂量与DNA标记的24小时持续抑制相关联。若相同剂量提前4小时注射，抑制效应显著缩短[2]。
