名称Enterostatin (human,mouse,rat)
描述Enterostatin (human,mouse,rat) is a pentapeptide (Val-Pro-Asp-Pro-Arg) generated by cleavage of the pro-pancreatic lipase precursor, involved in regulating fat intake and energy metabolism. Enterostatin (human, mouse, rat) affects appetite and lipid utilization through central and peripheral mechanisms and is commonly used in metabolic and obesity-related research.
体内活性Enterostatin (human,mouse,rat)（100 mM）在灌注的大鼠胰腺中对9 mM葡萄糖（抑制率70%）、0.1 mM托布特胺（抑制率40%）和5 mM精氨酸（抑制率70%）的胰岛素反应具有抑制作用[1]。 在小鼠跨步式被动回避测试中，Enterostatin (human,mouse,rat)经中枢，口服给药（剂量分别为 10 nmol/只小鼠或 300 mg/kg）后，可增强记忆的巩固[3]。 38 nmol 的Enterostatin (human,mouse,rat)剂量可显著抑制高脂食物的摄入，而 76 nmol 的较高剂量则失去这种抑制作用。在注射肠肽后的第一小时内，食物摄入量甚至略有增加[4]。
