名称PAR4 antagonist 4
描述PAR4 antagonist4 (Compound 37) is a selective antagonist of protease-activated receptor 4 (PAR4). It exhibits antiplatelet activity with an IC50 of 14.2 nM. Moreover, PAR4 antagonist3 enhances metabolic stability in human liver microsomes, showing a half-life (T1/2) of 42.5 minutes.
体外活性PAR4 antagonist 4 (4 μM) 对 GPVI 起拮抗作用，并抑制胶原诱导的血小板聚集信号通路。
体内活性给C57BL/J6小鼠单次口服3-12 mg/kg的PAR4 antagonist 4，能延长切尾出血时间，而不影响凝血系统。
