名称Euphorbetin
描述Euphorbetin is a bioactive compound isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of dried Viola yedoensis Makino, demonstrating anticoagulant properties. Euphorbetin has highly selective antiproliferative activity toward colon cancer cell lines including T84 and HCT-15 as well as glioblastoma multiforme cells. Euphorbetin induces cell death by activating caspases-9, -3, and -8, while promoting autophagy, reducing cancer cell migration, and exerting antiangiogenic effects on human umbilical vein endothelial cells, indicating robust multimodal anticancer potential.
