名称ODN 1668
描述ODN 1668 is an immunostimulatory class B CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) containing an intact thio backbone of one or more CpG dinucleotides, which is primarily used as an agonist for Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9), and also upregulates the level of IgM and induces an antimicrobial immune response via a CaTLR9-dependent pathway.
体外活性ODN 1668 (6-60 µg/mL，12-72 小时) 处理小鼠骨髓来源巨噬细胞，可以增加 S100A8/A9、IL-6 和 β-半乳糖苷酶的合成。[1] ODN 1668 (0.3-3.0 μM，4 天) 处理抗 CD3 处理的 CD8+ T 细胞中，可以以剂量依赖的方式促进细胞生长。[2] ODN 1668 (0.25-32 μg/mL，12 小时) 处理头肾淋巴细胞能促进头肾淋巴细胞的增殖，增强免疫基因的表达。[3]
体内活性ODN 1668 （1，5 mg/kg，腹腔和皮下注射）处理雄性 Wistar 大鼠（175-200 克）可以引起中度发烧和厌食，并且诱导 IL-6 显著增加。[4]
