名称SLLK, Control Peptide for TSP1 Inhibitor
描述SLLK, the control peptide for the TSP1 inhibitor, serves as the counterpart to LSKL.
体内活性在第42天，与接受SLLK对照肽的小鼠相比，接受LSKL的小鼠血浆中TGF-β1显著降低(0.10±0.01 pg/mL vs 0.20±0.02 pg/mL; P=0.0001)。mRNA表达在接受SLLK和LSKL肽的小鼠的肾上主动脉裂解物中评估。接受30 mg/kg LSKL治疗的Akita小鼠的nephrin表达显著增加，超过两倍，相较于生理盐水对照组或SLLK治疗组的小鼠的肾裂解物。
