Bioactivity

名称Neoeriocitrin
描述Neoeriocitrin is a natural product isolated from Drynaria Rhizome, shows activity on proliferation and osteogenic differentiation in MC3T3-E1. Neoeriocitrin is a potent acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor.
体外活性Neoeriocitrin和naringin在2μg/ml的浓度下对细胞增殖和成骨分化显示出最佳效果。Neoeriocitrin在促进细胞增殖和碱性磷酸酶（ALP）活性方面表现得更为显著，相比naringin，分别提高了56%、37%和14%，并上调了Runx2、COLI和OCN的表达。此外，Neoeriocitrin在一定程度上能够逆转PD98059引起的细胞分化抑制效果[1]。
