名称Saccharic acid
描述Saccharic acid (also known as glucaric acid) is a dicarboxylic acid formed by the oxidation of glucose, and it is an important intermediate in the study of sugar metabolism and carbohydrate oxidation. It acts as a competitive inhibitor of β-glucuronidase, preventing the hydrolysis of glucuronides that have already bound to toxins, thereby blocking the regeneration of toxic complexes.
体外活性Saccharic acid (50 µM Fe (III)-saccharic acid90 min UV-C irradiation) 可增强亚甲基蓝的光芬顿降解效果[1]。 Saccharic acid (50-150 x 10-4M; 1 h) 可强效、竞争性且可逆地抑制小鼠肝脏与小鼠肾脏中的 β- 葡萄糖醛酸酶活性[2]。 Saccharic acid (1×10-3 M; 2 h) 可强烈抑制小鼠肝脏 β-葡萄糖醛酸酶制剂对邻氨基苯基葡萄糖醛酸苷的水解作用[2]。 Saccharic acid (0.01 M; 90 min) 可降低完整小鼠肝切片中的 β-葡萄糖醛酸酶活性[2]。
体内活性Saccharic acid (5 g/kg；皮下注射；每日给药；持续至第 8 天) 不会改变四氯化碳损伤或部分肝切除术后的肝脏再生过程[2]。 Saccharic acid (2 g/kg；腹腔注射；每日；3 周) 或 (3%；膳食补充；自由摄取；3 周) 不会改变幼鼠的正常生长[2]。
