名称Aletekitug
描述Aletekitug is a humanized antibody that targets IL-18. Alekitug binds to free IL-18, thereby blocking its interaction with the IL-18 receptor α/β heterodimer and preventing receptor activation. This inhibits the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, reduces the infiltration of immune cells at sites of inflammation, and exerts an anti-inflammatory effect. Alekitug can be used in research on inflammatory conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease.
