Bioactivity

名称Isoformononetin
描述Isoformononetin (IFN) is a methoxy isoflavone present in human dietary supplements that exhibits immune-protective effects by preventing neuroinflammation in a streptozotocin-induced rat model through inhibition of the NLRP3/ASC/IL-1 axis activation.
体外活性Isoformononetinn (10 -8 M) 促进涉及 MEK-Erk 和 Akt 通路激活的成骨细胞的分化，并表现出有效的抗凋亡作用。[2]
体内活性Isoformononetin 以 10mg/kg 的剂量，通过口服的方式给药，每天一次，连续给药21天，结果显示 Isoformononetin 对 STZ 诱导的炎症具有神经保护功能。[1] Isoformononetin （10.0 mg/kg/天）管饲法喂养 SD 大鼠，增加了骨骼部位的骨矿物质密度（BMD），具有促进子宫生长发育的作用。[2]
