AF647 carboxylic acid possesses a high quantum yield and generates strong fluorescence signals suitable for high-sensitivity detection and analytical applications. AF647 carboxylic acid demonstrates high solubility in water and most organic solvents, with excitation and emission maxima at 648/671 nm, respectively. AF647 carboxylic acid is extensively utilized in fluorescence imaging, flow cytometry, biomolecular labeling, and high-resolution cellular visualization studies.
