名称Pd(OAc)2
描述Palladium(II) acetate, Pd(OAc)2, serves as a versatile precatalyst for carbon-carbon and carbon-heteroatom bond formation. It operates via Pd(II)/Pd(0) catalytic cycles, with measured reduction potentials ranging from approximately +0.2 to –0.3 V vs. Fc⁺/₀ depending on ancillary ligand coordination, enabling tunable oxidative reactivity. The compound is widely employed in the homodimerization of dienes, such as the tail-to-tail coupling of isoprene using triphenylphosphine, as well as in cis-selective diacyloxylation reactions where catalytic hydroquinone or benzoquinone mediates reoxidation. Its applications span organic methodology development, including cyclization of 1,6-enynes and the synthesis of heterocyclic scaffolds via Diels-Alder or cycloaddition strategies.
