Bioactivity

名称Thr-Leu
描述Thr-Leu is a dipeptide composed of threonine and leucine that can be hydrolyzed in the peritoneal cavity to release its constituent amino acids, thereby increasing dialysate osmotic pressure, and it is used in kinetic and formulation studies of amino acid–based peritoneal dialysis fluids.
体外活性方法：在大鼠中进行 4 小时腹腔停留实验，使用 8 或 16 mmol/L 的Thr-Leu二肽溶液，并与 1.1% 氨基酸溶液比较，同时对水解和转运过程进行动力学建模。 结果：与氨基酸溶液相比，二肽溶液的腹腔体积下降更慢，其水解速率与浓度无关，且扩散转运速率高于水解速率。[1]
