Bioactivity

名称MY05
描述MY05 selectively targets c-MYC within cells and disrupts the interaction between MYC and MAX. It binds to intracellular c-MYC, modulating its thermal stability, reducing the transcriptional targets of c-MYC, and exhibiting anticancer activity (TNBC, triple-negative breast cancer).
体外活性MY05 对 MDA-MB 231、MDA-MB 468 和 MCF-7 的 IC 50 值依次为 10.6 μM、13.5 μM 和 39.4 μM。MY05 能促进细胞凋亡，并抑制 MYC 诱导的乳腺肿瘤球生长。
体内活性在三阴性乳腺癌 (TNBC) 小鼠模型中，MY05 (10 mg/kg) 可抑制 MYC 驱动的实体肿瘤的生长。
