名称Glutathione ethyl ester acetate
描述Glutathione ethyl ester acetate is the salt form of Glutathione ethyl ester. Glutathione ethyl ester is an antioxidant and cell-permeable Glutathione (GSH) donor that provides high efficiency of GSH to oocytes and is capable of restoring glutamate-induced oxidative stress and TGase up-regulation and prevent ethanol-induced oxidative stress and apoptosis in cells.
体外活性方法：Glutathione ethyl ester acetate（5 mM）处理高龄奶牛卵母细胞， 研究细胞渗透性谷胱甘肽 （GSH） 供体谷胱甘肽乙酯 （GSH-OEt） 对高龄奶牛卵母细胞发育能力的影响。 结果：Glutathione ethyl ester acetate可降低其胞内活性氧（ROS）含量，促进减数分裂进程，增加成熟细胞质（皮质颗粒均匀分散）的卵母细胞比例，提高正常受精率、囊胚发育率和二倍体囊胚比例。[1]
体内活性方法：Glutathione ethyl ester acetate（6 mmol/kg,腹腔注射）处理饥饿 24h 的小鼠，分析其以内代谢情况。 结果：Glutathione ethyl ester acetate可提高小鼠游泳耐力，减少运动诱导的肌肉脂质过氧化，但对肾脏有一定代谢和氧化应激副作用。[2]
