描述Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human Osteopontin/SPP1 Antibody (MPIIIB10) is a mouse-derived antibody that targets and inhibits mouse, rat, and human Osteopontin/SPP1. It significantly suppresses tumour growth in CT26 and MC38 mouse tumour models and attenuates VSMC migration.
体外活性Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human Osteopontin/SPP1 Antibody (MPIIIB10)以 7.2 μg/mL 或 72 ng/mL 的浓度处理心肌成纤维细胞 30 分钟后，能够阻断血管紧张素 II诱导的 DNA 合成 [2]。 Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human Osteopontin/SPP1 Antibody (MPIIIB10)以 7.2 μg/mL 或 25 μg/mL 的浓度作用于心肌成纤维细胞 30 分钟时，可阻断血管紧张素 II和骨桥蛋白共同诱导的胶原凝胶收缩 [2]。 Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human Osteopontin/SPP1 Antibody (MPIIIB10)以 100 ng/mL 的浓度处理 A10 细胞 48 小时后，能显著减弱高迁移率族蛋白 B1（HMGB1）诱导的血管平滑肌细胞（VSMC）迁移 [3]。
体内活性Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human Osteopontin/SPP1 Antibody (MPIIIB10)以 500 μg / 只的剂量对小鼠进行腹腔注射，给药频率为每两天一次，持续给药 10 天，该处理可显著抑制 CT26 或 MC38 小鼠肿瘤模型的肿瘤生长 [1]。
