名称Avenanthramide C
描述Avenanthramide C is an orally available natural alkaloid with antioxidant/inflammatory properties that reduces the expression of TNF-a, BAK, IL-1b, and Bcl-2; reverses memory and behavioral deficits in Alzheimer's disease, with a reduction in caspase-3 cleavage and an increase in levels of pS9GSK-3β and IL-10, is able to bind α1A adrenergic and stimulate AMPK; can attenuate noise and drug-induced hearing loss.
体外活性在 RAW264.7 巨噬细胞中，Avenanthramide C（0-50 μM，24 h）显著抑制 LPS/ATP 诱导的 ROS 产生、线粒体膜电位下降、细胞膜通透性增加和 IL-1β 分泌，并下调 NLRP3、Caspase-1、GSDMD 和 IL-1β 蛋白表达，显示其通过 PI3K/Akt 通路抑制 ROS 介导的线粒体损伤和细胞焦亡[1]。
体内活性在小鼠 LPS 急性炎症模型中，腹腔注射 Avenanthramide C（20 mg/kg，单次）可显著抑制腹腔液中 IL-1β 水平，降低 NLRP3 和 GSDMD 表达，显示其在体内也具有抗炎和抑制 pyroptosis 的作用[1]。
