名称Grosvenorine
描述Grosvenorine (Grosvenorin) exhibits good antibacterial and antioxidant activities, with its metabolites possessing more potent activities, intestinal bacteria play an important role in the gastrointestinal metabolism of grosvenorine and significantly affect its pharmacological activities.
体外活性在体外模拟人体胃肠道(包括人造胃液、人造肠液和肠道菌群)中，对Grosvenorine的代谢活性以及药理作用(包括抗补体、抗菌和抗氧化活性)进行了研究。结果表明，Grosvenorine通过人体肠道菌群被代谢，其四种代谢产物通过半制备HPLC分离，并通过NMR鉴定为kaempferitrin、afzelin、α±-rhamnoisorobin和kaempferol。进一步的药理评估显示，Grosvenorine表现出良好的抗菌和抗氧化活性，其代谢产物具有更强的活性。尽管Grosvenorine未表现出明显的抗补体活性，但其代谢产物却展现出有趣的活性。
