Bioactivity

名称Boserolimab
描述Boserolimab (MK-5890) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD27 with agonistic activity. It partially blocks the binding of soluble CD70 to CD27-expressing membranes and can be used in lung cancer research.
体外活性Boserolimab (0-20 µg/mL, 3天)能够部分阻断可溶性CD70与表达CD27的膜的结合(IC50=0.24 nM)，激活NF-κB信号通路，促进T细胞的活化，改善IFNγ的分泌[1]。
体内活性Boserolimab（5 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每周3次，共3-7次）能够促进免疫反应，在小鼠异种移植模型中对MC38具有抗肿瘤活性[1]。
