名称Anti-Mouse IL-1a Antibody (ALF-161)
描述Anti-Mouse IL-1a Antibody (ALF-161) is a monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting mouse IL-1α. It can block IL-1α signaling, thereby inhibiting CD8+ T cell responses and reversing myeloid cell expansion, and can be used in the research of immune diseases and cancer.
体外活性在注射腺相关病毒卵清蛋白 (AAV-OVA) 的 C57BL/6J 小鼠中，Anti-Mouse IL-1a Antibody (ALF-161) (200 μg，腹腔注射，每周2次，持续4周) 可以抑制CD8+ T 细胞反应[1]。 在携带 AT3 肿瘤的野生型雌性 C57BL/6 小鼠中，Anti-Mouse IL-1a Antibody (ALF-161) (200 µg，腹腔注射，3 天一次，重复数次) 可以逆转髓系细胞扩增和改善T细胞功能[2]。
