名称LNSMGQD
描述LNSMGQD is a peptide that targets the adhesive interfaces of desmoglein (DSG1 and DSG3) core glycoproteins, interfering with the single peptide (SP) components of DSG trans-interactions. By binding to DSGs, LNSMGQD prevents the loss of DSG trans-interactions induced by autoantibodies, inhibits the activation of p38 MAPK, and prevents keratin filament retraction. It is useful for research into autoimmune skin diseases such as pemphigus vulgaris.
