名称8-Isoprostaglandin F2α
描述8-Isoprostaglandin F2α is a non-enzymatically generated isoprostane derived from arachidonic acid peroxidation in membrane phospholipids, present in human plasma in both esterified and free acid forms. 8-Isoprostaglandin F2α functions as a weak thromboxane prostanoid receptor agonist in vascular smooth muscle, making it a reliable biomarker of oxidative stress.
体内活性在动物模型中，输注 8-Isoprostaglandin F2α 会诱导肾血管收缩并导致肾小球滤过率 (GFR) 降低 [1][2]。
