描述Anti-Mouse VEGFR-2 Antibody (DC101) is a rat-derived monoclonal antibody against mouse VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1, serving as a mouse analogue of ramucirumab. It induces tumour cell apoptosis by blocking VEGF-VEGFR binding and inhibiting tumour angiogenesis, suitable for studying colorectal and gastric cancers.
体内活性方法：Anti-Mouse VEGFR-2 Antibody (DC101) (10 mg/kg，第 2、5 和 8 天)腹腔注射给携带H22肿瘤的雌性 Balb/c 小鼠。 结果：Anti-Mouse VEGFR-2 Antibody (DC101) 促进肿瘤血管正常化，改善肿瘤血管灌注，减少缺氧区域，增加肿瘤内CD8+ T细胞数量。[1]
