Bioactivity

名称Omodenbamab
描述Omodenbamab (514-G3) is a humanised monoclonal antibody (Kd = 0.0467 nM) that neutralises SpA (Staphylococcus Protein A), acting by targeting SpA on the cell wall of S. aureus, and can be used for S. aureus bloodstream infections.
体外活性方法： 使用 10 μg/mL Omodenbamab 处理人类血细胞，孵育时间分别为 30 分钟、1.5 小时和 2.5 小时，评估其对金黄色葡萄球菌（S. aureus）调理吞噬作用的影响。 结果： Omodenbamab 显著促进人类血细胞对 S. aureus 的调理吞噬作用。[1]
体内活性方法： 在 Balb/C 小鼠的 MRSA 败血症模型中，静脉注射 Omodenbamab，剂量分别为 2.5 mg/鼠和 10 mg/鼠。 结果： Omodenbamab 提高了 Balb/C 小鼠在 MRSA 败血症模型中的存活率。[1]
