描述Chitotriose trihydrochloride is an orally bioactive chitooligosaccharide characterized by its antioxidant properties, which manifest through the inhibition of H2O2-induced hydroxylation of benzoate in the presence of Cu2+ ions with an IC50 of 80 μM, and it also functions as a competitive inhibitor of lysozyme activity, suppressing constitutive lysozyme production in macrophages.
