描述Apoptosis inducer40 is an apoptosis (apoptosis) inducer that exhibits potent cytotoxic effects on Jurkat and NB4 cells, with IC50 values of 4.5 μM and 3.6 μM, respectively. It promotes apoptosis and arrests the cell cycle, making it applicable for cancer research, particularly in the study of acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
体外活性Apoptosis inducer 40 (Compound 17) (0.8-50 μM, 24-72 h) 能时间依赖性地降低 Jurkat 细胞和 NB4 细胞的活性。Apoptosis inducer 40 (0.6-10 μM, 48 h) 能诱导这两种细胞凋亡。Apoptosis inducer 40 (3.6-4.5 μM, 0-48 h) 诱导 Jurkat 细胞产生 G0/G1 期阻滞，并使 NB4 细胞出现 S 期阻滞。
