描述Anti-Mouse CD16.2 Antibody (9E9) is an inhibitory antibody derived from Armenian hamster, targeting mouse CD16.2.This antibody can bind to mouse CD16.2, which is also known as FcγRIV (Fc receptor, IgG, low affinity IV).Anti-Mouse CD16.2 Antibody (9E9) can inhibit the expression and signaling of CD16.2 on the cell surface and block FcγRIV.This antibody is applicable to studies related to cancer, inflammation and immunology, including CT26 tumor models and pulmonary inflammation .
体外活性Anti-Mouse CD16.2 Antibody (9E9)（10 μg/mL）能够抑制 MH‑S 细胞内由 IgE 免疫复合物诱导产生的 TNF‑α 分泌 [1]。
体内活性Anti-Mouse CD16.2 Antibody (9E9)（于硫代乙醇酸盐诱导的巨噬细胞采集前 1 天静脉注射）能够抑制 hFcεRITg 小鼠体内约 25% 的巨噬细胞 TNF-α 分泌 [1]。 Anti-Mouse CD16.2 Antibody (9E9)（200 μg，腹腔注射，分别在第 0、4、8 天给药）可缓解大疱性类天疱疮小鼠的皮肤损伤症状 [2]。 Anti-Mouse CD16.2 Antibody (9E9)（200 μg，于抗 CTLA4 注射前 1 小时静脉给药）能够阻断 CT26 肿瘤小鼠中由抗 CTLA4 介导的调节性 T 细胞耗竭 [3]。
