名称Tucotuzumab
描述Tucotuzumab is a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting the Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule (EpCAM/CD326), an antigen widely expressed on the surface of various epithelial cell tumours and cancer stem cells. Tucotuzumab is commonly used to prepare Tucotuzumab celmoleukin.
体内活性Tucotuzumab（75 μg，瘤内注射，每日5次）治疗携带CT26-KS结肠腺癌的雌性Balb/c小鼠，研究其对小鼠体内肿瘤的影响。 结果：Tucotuzumab能显著抑制肿瘤生长，并提高生存率。[1]
