名称Picroside IV
描述Picroside IV is an iridoid glycoside originating from the underground parts of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora and serves as a derivative of Catalpol while demonstrating broad pharmacological functions including neuroprotective, hypoglycemic, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antispasmodic, antioxidant, and anti-HBV effects. Picroside IV therefore represents a therapeutically valuable bioactive molecule with high relevance in disease prevention and treatment research.
体外活性药代动力学研究结果显示，TGPR中的6种成分（picroside I, picroside II, vanillic acid, androsin, cinnamic acid 和 Picroside IV）可被快速吸收且缓慢消除，其生物利用度均低于12.37%，这表明灌胃给药后药物吸收效果较差。在组织分布方面，TGPR中的6种成分均能在肝脏中被检测到，且仅androsin可穿透血脑屏障。同时，排泄研究表明：vanillic acid主要以原型药物形式排出体外；其余 5 种成分则可能在体内发生广泛代谢并以代谢产物形式存在，其未转化的原型药物主要通过粪便途径排出 [1]。
